Ann's Story MEET ANN - SHE JUST LOST HER PERSON Little Ann is an 8-year-old Maltese mix whose whole world has suddenly changed. Anns beloved owner passed away from pancreatic cancer on August 11th, and now this sweet little girl needs someone to show her that she can be loved all over again. Ann is a petite girl, currently around 12 lbs (although she could stand to lose a couple of those very well-loved pounds! ). She is spayed, comes with her veterinary records, and were told her rabies vaccination was just updated. So far, Ann has been an absolute sweetheart. She has been comfortable being held and seems to do just fine with children. At 8 years old, shes past the puppy craziness and looks like she would be perfectly happy settling into someones lap and becoming their little companion. We think Ann could be wonderful for a family, but we can also picture her being an incredible companion for an older person looking for a small, loving dog to share their days with. She didnt do anything to lose her home. Her person simply couldnt stay. Now we want to make sure the next chapter of Anns life is filled with the same thing she knew before: A person of her own. A lap to curl up on. And a home where she is loved.
