About Winston

Meet Winston! Winston is a 1-year-old, 9 lb Yorkie mix who is officially ready for his next chapter! We know he looks every bit like a Yorkie - and we believe he is - but because we do not know his parents, we list him as a 'Yorkie mix'. Winston is a sweet, fun little guy who is great with people and loves attention. When it comes to other dogs, he is selective and does best with small, submissive female dogs. He is still very much a young dog and will need continued reinforcement with potty training. We are looking for a home that understands that puppies and young dogs take time, consistency, patience and a little sense of humor while they learn. A secure yard is preferred so Winston has a safe place to run, play, burn off some of that 9-pound puppy energy, and continue working on his potty-training routine.
