About Blue

Blue is a strong minded dog in need of someone used to dogs. He was dumped at my home, so I have sketchy history. He is very interested in small animals, but understands a strong 'no' and has learned our cats are off limits when walking in the yard. Surprises or new/unusual people or critters can be a challenge. We are told he has lived with children and possibly one cat, but we have not tested him ourselves. We are not in a city where we encounter other walkers, so I would be cautious about his behavior in a situation like that. He and his sister Ivy were dumped, but we cannot keep them. We have been housing them in our garage without any opportunity for off leash activity outside. Blue really needs a good fenced in area to play, or someone who can spend more time walking him . He is actually quite sweet and would love to couch potato with a human buddy.
