About Tyson

Tyson is affectionate and cuddly and LOVES human interaction. His favorite thing in the world is to sleep on a warm lap and get scritches and pets. With no warm lap, he'll curl up next to the nearest person he can find. He's patient with people picking him up and kissing him on the head, and loves pets and brushies with his brush gloves (included with adoption). At 14 years old, his energy is moderate to low. He has lived harmoniously with cats and dogs before but has a predator instinct with prey animals like bunnies. He has been litter trained for the entire 10 years we have lived together, keeps himself clean and groomed, and is relatively low maintenance. Last summer he had a few teeth removed; now he benefits from the occasional dental treat (like Purina Dentalife) to keep the remaining teeth healthy and clean. He is healthy and has no special needs. Sadly, I have a cat allergy, and my partner's job is demanding, so we can't give him the love and attention he deserves. prefers relaxed lifestyle, likes to be groomed 3-4x/week, and a couple toys to play with. He is well behaved, litter trained, grooms himself frequently and is clean. Loving, cuddly, and affectionate.
