About Angelina

Adoption Fee: $90.
Domestic Cat
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Angelina was an outdoor cat at a school. We would feed her, and eventually another kitty caretaker was able to pet her. For this reason, I thought I should get her T. N. R ed and foster her and bring her to a shelter for a home. However, she was way more hyper than I thought. And she was a little aggressive with me. If she was overstimulated, she would bite me hard, and she was very nervous, and she would bite me. Then, however, after 5 months. She is very affectionate to me. She wants pets. She will actually stand up when I pet her. But you need to be very, very sensitive to how she is feeling before you pet her. She's affectionate when she's relaxed. After she gets to know you, she will be relaxed. Because I have seen an awesome change in her. When I brought her to the vet, they said she was a sweet Kitty, and I did an awesome job with her. She did not scratch or bite them. As for other cats, she DOES get along with at least 3 of my kitties. I have 5. She doesn't seem to like my bossy-alpha male Kitty, however, she's gotten along with my assertive female, my docile female and my docile Male. I would think she needs to be in a home with either no cats, or you need to test the waters, do not adopt her with with an alpha cat. As I said, I've been with her 4 months, she has changed so much. She gets very lonely and because I keep her in a separate room at times she screams and cries and wants to be out. However , still, my cats don't want to be around her because they're scared, but one of my confident female cats doesn't mind being around her. Angelina needs lots of love. She needs patience, don't go and pet her on your terms. Wait for her to come to you as long as you're keeping her company and feeding her. I think she will love you like she loves me. She's been vaccinated and tested negative for FELV. And she's in very good health, she does walk with a back hip dysplasia, and the doctor says, she seems very in good health..very. Maybe she'll get Arthritis when she's older because the left hip dysplasia . She has sort out of a wobble . All she needs is patience, kindness, attention and love. She will be worth the time you spend with her. Her laugh will be well worth it!
