He is 40 pounds, dog friendly, and has been chipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and neutered. Kevin is a super special boy that would do best in a patient home while he continues to blossom and bloom which wont take long. Kevin is crate and potty trained and is doing great on a leash. He's just seeing the world for the very first time. Kevin is dreaming of a forever home where he can be loved and where he can spread his love and positivity.
