About Lucy

URGENT: This beautiful home trained brindle box mix needs to be rehomed in less than 2 weeks! Lucy says: I am an intelligent, 6-year-old Boxer mix. I am lovable, love to snuggle and give handshakes for belly rubs. I have been a faithful emotional support doggie to a sweet lady. Unfortunately, she has to move out of state to care for her sick, elderly mom and I am not able to go. I am well-mannered and although I've done well living in an apartment for the last 5 years, I would love to have my own fenced yard if possible but at least a place to go play sometimes. I enjoy going outside and do pretty good on a leash. I'm pretty strong, but I try not to pull. So, just keep me close and lead the way. I generally get along with most dogs and not aggressive. And I love kids! I'm really laid back and mild-tempered, but I get excited when it's time to play.
