Chicago Animal Care & Control is FULL, meaning some very good doggies getting euthanized for lack of space!!! Which dogs are chosen is a crapshoot. Ballad arrived at the shelter on June 30th, is listed as a 'young' doggie, which means 1-2 years of age. He loves to snuggle, takes treats gently, loves playing with doggie toys, so good at self-entertaining, and playing with other dogs, is affectionate. He is a volunteer favorite. Participates in off leash play pairs with other dogs, energetic player, but not too much, per available videos. No to cats. PLEASE email to come meet fun, sweet Ballad!!! Can also be fostered through a rescue org., besides adopted from the shelter.
