About Myrtle

Say hello to Myrtle, a playful and lovable puppy born June 26, 2026! Myrtle is one of five puppies looking for families who are ready to enjoy all the wonderful, sometimes messy, adventures of puppyhood. Myrtle currently weighs about 13 pounds and is expected to grow into a large adult dog. Her mom appears to be a Golden Retriever mix, and her dad looks like a Lab/Spaniel mix. We have pictures of both parents, giving us a good idea of the adorable combination that created these pups. Myrtle is doing well with her house training and is off to a great start. Her new family will need to keep up the good work with positive reinforcement and frequent trips outside. She is still young and will need plenty of opportunities to learn as her bladder control develops. Myrtle is a social, playful puppy who enjoys spending time with the other dogs. She loves to play and would thrive with a family that is ready to keep her active, continue her training, and help her become a confident, well-mannered adult dog. Since Myrtle is expected to be a large dog, she will require a physically fenced yard. She will need a safe place where she can run, play, explore, and burn off all that puppy energy as she grows. Myrtle is ready to meet prospective families now and will be ready to go home around August 27th. Before adoption, Myrtle will be spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and current on vaccinations.
