About Duke

Duke is one happy boy, and he makes sure you know it! Walk up to his kennel and you'll be greeted by happy little tippy taps as he eagerly waits for his chance to get out and explore. He came to us with not one, but two microchips, so we had high hopes of reuniting him with his owner. Sadly, no one came for him, so now Duke is ready to find a family who will love him for good! Duke is treat motivated, knows how to sit on command, and always takes treats gently from your hand. He has a medium energy level and is perfectly happy entertaining himself and doing his own thing if you're busy. But he also enjoys affection. He's not much for toys, but hanging out with other dogs really kicks off his playful side. He loves attending playgroups and running around and playing with other furry friends. With Duke's cheerful personality and zest for life, there's never a dull moment with this happy guy! Think Duke could be the dog for you? Stop by and meet him anytime we're open.
