About Hailo

Meet Hailo, a 4-year-old, 70-lb American Staffordshire mix who's equal parts playful and laid back. He loves his toys, playing in the water, chewing bones, and a good game of fetch, but he's just as happy curling up on the couch for a nap. Hailo is house-trained, leash-trained, and knows several commands like sit, up, down, and paw! This big guy gets along well with most dogs, especially those who are easygoing and non-confrontational, but he's not a match for homes with cats. Also, he hasn't been around young children, and due his size a home with older kids would be best. Hailo was abandoned on a country road, yet he remains a loving, loyal companion. He would thrive with someone patient and understanding who will continue his training and help him feel safe. He is located in Houston, Texas, but can be transported to most states for an additional fee of $300.
