About Georgia

Welcome Georgia from Tulare County Animal Services. Georgia is a petite, 1 year, 32lb heeler mix. She is super sweet - a little shy at first but will be your best friend once she feels safe. She loves to play with other calm dogs but is not overly excited or rambunctious. She is best friends with the resident senior dog. She comes out of her shell more and more with each passing day. Georgia is looking for a patient adopter who can gently lead her to greatness. Her biggest hurdle right now is her relationship with the leash. It's evident that she has never been walked on one or has some negative associations with it. Slow and steady wins the race and she's in good hands with her experienced foster. Stay tuned as she gains confidence and competence on lead. Georgia is microchipped, spayed, and UTD on vaccines.
