American Foxhound - Urgent Foster or Rescue Placement Needed This beautiful American Foxhound was found wandering on an interstate. We have made extensive efforts to locate her owner through local rescues, lost-and-found networks, and fox hunt/hound contacts, but unfortunately no owner has been found. A veterinarian estimates her to be approximately 7-8 years old, and she is deaf. Because of her hearing loss, she will need a secure home and someone willing to be mindful of her surroundings and safety. She is currently in a temporary foster situation, but it cannot continue. We urgently need to find this girl a safe foster, rescue placement, or permanent home. We would especially love to find someone familiar with hounds or comfortable caring for a deaf dog. She deserves a safe, stable place to land after everything she has been through. Urgent placement needed.
