Sully came to us a few months ago after his owner got put on hospice care. He was 1 of 9 dogs who were turned over to the rescue and his last wish was for his dogs to be taken care of. Sully is the last of those dogs to be adopted out and has also had the most trauma from the situation. All dogs were living outside and were not well socialized. His confidence has grown so much when he is around his chosen one.. my husband. I think he would bond well with anyone that is kind, patient and has a calm environment. He does have some hearding instincts, however I have only seen them with people and he has never offered to bite. He is slowly allowing my husband to trim his hair and I am the bad guy who does baths, brushing, meds and full trims. I can show you a video of how he is with my husband because he won't leave his side and no the husband cannot keep him. If you think you could be a match for this adorable little man or have any questions please reach out! He deserves to be spoiled rotten and living the good life where he is the center of someone's world.
