About CHARIS

Charis came to us from Mexico and is enjoying the good life in Tucson. This sweet timid girl was nearly euthanized due to an injury received when she was attacked by 3 larger dogs but fortunately she has fully healed and has no ongoing medical issues as a result. Charis is estimated as 3-4 years old and is around 16 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is still working on leash and housetraining but making progress every day! She does fine in a crate but also does not get into things that she shouldn't. She would likely do best in a home with only one or two dogs her size as she is (understandably) cautious of larger breed dogs. She is starting to play and come out of her shell more in her foster home.
