As one of our sweet 'Backstreet Boys' puppies, Howie has mastered the art of being a perfect companion-he is incredibly sweet, full of playful puppy energy, and loves to engage with the world around him. At 3 months old and weighing 14 pounds, he is at the perfect age to start learning his manners and bonding with your family. However, life in a shelter isn't the best place for a growing boy. Howie needs to get out into a home where he can truly enjoy being a puppy! The 'Path to Forever' (Foster-to-Adopt): Because Howie is still so young, we offer a Foster-to-Adopt program. This means you can take him home now as his foster. It allows you to bond with him immediately while he grows; once he is neutered, he will officially become your permanent addition! It's the best way to 'claim' your new best friend early. The Essentials: Microchipped & current on all vaccinations. Desperate to get out of the shelter and into a backyard/living room!
