Vet Info: Noel is completely blind but can see shadows. She is heartworm negative and up to date on vaccines. Noel is spayed. Overall she is a healthy girl. Dog Info: Noel has been with her owner since she was 8 weeks old. Currently she is an indoor dog confined to one area of the house but is house broken and leash trained. Noel is a very sweet and well tempted girl.
