Chicago Animal Care & Control is FULL, meaning some very good doggies getting euthanized for lack of space!!! Which dogs are chosen is a crapshoot. Ballad arrived at the shelter on June 30th. He loves to snuggle, his treats, playing with doggie toys, and with other dogs. He participates in off leash play pairs, energetic player, but not too much, per available videos.
