She's still learning that people are kind and that gentle hands bring comfort-but once you start petting her, her motor kicks in loud and strong, making it clear just how much affection she's been holding inside. Quill truly wants love and connection; it just takes a little patience and trust to help her feel safe enough to accept it. Quill will do best in a calm, mellow home where she can build confidence at her own pace and grow into the wonderful kitty she's meant to be. Dogs, loud children, and new situations can be overwhelming for her, and other cats are scary at first-but with proper introductions, she does warm up and learn to coexist. She would absolutely love to be adopted with her sister Quiver, who helps her feel more secure and brave. Above all, Quill is searching for a home where she can feel safe, cherished, and loved.
