About Rufus the Doofus!

This is Rufus! He is a very sweet loving German Shepard my husband and I rescued about 6 months ago. Unfortunately,he does not get along with our Great Dane, our Husky/mix and he hates our cats! He chases and grabs them constantly. He is very loving to us. He loves us and our grandkids who spend most weekends with us. He sleeps with our 12 year old granddaughter, just jumps right into bed with her and cuddles. I hate hate hate having to rehome him. But I'm afraid he'll hurt one of our dogs or cats. He is neutered and has had a rabies shot. I will not place him with just anyone. I want him to go to a loving home, preferably with kids. He may need to be the only pet in the home. He is housebroken.Our dogs go outside into a fenced in back yard to potty. I've only had him on a leash once and that was to take him to be neutered. He did pretty well on it. Now, he's a big boy! He weighs 90 pounds!! He is very protective of his humans and very very sweet and loving to us. He just picks on our other dogs and chases our cats.
