Poppy forms strong bonds and enjoys being close to her person-on her own comfortable terms. She thrives with routine, structure, and mental enrichment, and she loves activities like structured play, sniffy walks, and learning new cues. Poppy does best in a calm, predictable home with an experienced adopter who understands sensitive dogs and uses patient, positive reinforcement. Busy environments can be overwhelming for her, and she benefits from clear boundaries and managed exposure to new situations. Poppy would be happiest in an adult-only home, ideally as an only dog, or with very careful introductions. With the right guidance and a low-stress lifestyle, she is a loyal, entertaining, and deeply rewarding companion.'
