Meet Charlie Charlie is a sweet 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix who weighs just 12 pounds and is ready to find a forever home of his own. This handsome little guy is friendly, dog-friendly, and absolutely loves attention. Charlie enjoys being close to his people and would be happiest with a family who will make him part of their everyday life. Whether he is soaking up affection, relaxing beside you, or making new canine friends, Charlie is ready to bring plenty of love and personality into his new home. Out-of-state adopters are welcome.
