About Dory

Hi, I'm Dory! ��ժ But unlike the fish, ��%90� I don't forget the people I love. Once you're my person, you're my person forever. �ٴ� When I first came into foster care, I had no idea how to be a house dog. Toys were strange. Crates were Confusing. ���%A4 Couch cuddles yep Completely foreign. Now look at me! �Ϭ��%A4� I'm potty trained, crate trained, know commands like sit, stay, down, come, and paw, and I've become a professional plush toy exterminator. If it squeaks�'�| it probably won't for long. ���%8F My perfect day ��'ە�%8F starts with a nice walk, followed by some backyard zoomies, ��լ maybe a hike, a little tug of war, and then I'll happily flop upside down with my goofy �٪� smile showing while I wait for belly rubs. If you let me cuddle, I'll probably lay my entire body on top of you and rest my head on your shoulder. �ٴ� I'm smart, adventurous, affectionate, and just independent enough to entertain myself while you're busy. But don't worry when I decide it's cuddle time, I'll politely remind you with a paw and my sweetest puppy eyes. �ٴ� I love playing with other energetic dogs, but cats are definitely not my thing. I'm also looking for a home with older kids (13+) because fast movements make me nervous. ���� New people take me a minute, but if you're patient I'll be melting ���%A0 into your lap before you know it. My wish list: ��ժ A fenced yard for zoomies ��լ ��ժAn active family who loves adventures��%8F���%8F ��ժ Older kids or adults only ��ժ No cats ��%90� �٪ɉ'�%8D����%8F ��ժ Lots and lots of plush toys to 'redecorate' �٤� ��ժ Bonus points for a playful dog sibling��%90%BE 'Just keep swimming.'
