About Dory

Hi, I'm Dory! ��%BD��%BDͻ But unlike the fish, ��%BD��%BD%90��%BD I don't forget the people I love. Once you're my person, you're my person forever. ��%BD����%BD When I first came into foster care, I had no idea how to be a house dog. Toys were strange. Crates were Confusing. ��%BD��%BD��%BD%A4 Couch cuddles yep Completely foreign. Now look at me! ��%BD�ו�%BD��%BD%A4��%BD I'm potty trained, crate trained, know commands like sit, stay, down, come, and paw, and I've become a professional plush toy exterminator. If it squeaks��%BD'��%BD| it probably won't for long. ��%BD��%BD��%BD%8F My perfect day ��%BD��%BD'��%BD%8F starts with a nice walk, followed by some backyard zoomies, ��%BD��%BD�� maybe a hike, a little tug of war, and then I'll happily flop upside down with my goofy ��%BD����%BD smile showing while I wait for belly rubs. If you let me cuddle, I'll probably lay my entire body on top of you and rest my head on your shoulder. ��%BD����%BD I'm smart, adventurous, affectionate, and just independent enough to entertain myself while you're busy. But don't worry when I decide it's cuddle time, I'll politely remind you with a paw and my sweetest puppy eyes. ��%BD����%BD I love playing with other energetic dogs, but cats are definitely not my thing. I'm also looking for a home with older kids (13+) because fast movements make me nervous. ��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD New people take me a minute, but if you're patient I'll be melting ��%BD��%BD��%BD%A0 into your lap before you know it. My wish list: ��%BD��%BDͻ A fenced yard for zoomies ��%BD��%BD�� ��%BD��%BDͻAn active family who loves adventures��%BD��%BD%8F��%BD��%BD��%BD%8F ��%BD��%BDͻ Older kids or adults only ��%BD��%BDͻ No cats ��%BD��%BD%90��%BD ��%BD����'��%BD%8D��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD%8F ��%BD��%BDͻ Lots and lots of plush toys to 'redecorate' ��%BD�%A4��%BD ��%BD��%BDͻ Bonus points for a playful dog sibling��%BD��%BD%90%BE 'Just keep swimming.'
