About Ruby

**Trying to get her an appointment at UCAN to be spayed; will update post if I do! This sweet girl is looking for her forever home! She is approx. 8 months old and believed to be a basset hound bull terrier (or similar) mix. She weighs 35-40 pounds. She has very short legs and a very long body lol. She is the sweetest girl and loves every animal she meets and loves kids. She is a little shy when she first meets someone for the time but comes around after a few minutes. She has a very sweet submissive personality and wouldn't hurt a fly. She is very clingy and used to sleeping in bed with someone at night under the covers. She will bark when she needs to go outside but does have occasional accidents if you don't hear her. She needs a home with a fenced in yard. She will run in the road and has no survival instincts (she'll chase cars, etc). She does fine on a leash, but loves to play and run around which is why she deserves to have a large fenced in yard to do so. She also wouldn't do well in a home with a lot of steps due to her short legs. She is talkative and will bark when she wants something. She has an adorable goofy personality and it's impossible not to fall in love with her. Please message me if you're interested in providing her a home with a bit about yourself. Thanks!!
