About Hope

Hi, I'm Hope. ��Z'� My story didn't start with rainbows ���� and butterflies. ��|� Someone wrapped a rubber band so tightly around my tiny tail that it cut off the blood supply. ���� By the time I got the the shelter there was nothing that could be done to save it. Eventually, my tail fell off. It would've been easy for something like that to change me. But somehow it never stole my joy. ���� Because that's the thing about me. I don't spend much time looking backward. I'm way too busy making sure you're doing whatever it is with me. ���%8F I love to tag along! For an example! If you're folding laundry, �٤� I'm helping. If you're making dinner, �ٴ� I'm making dinner (catching the scraps) If you're sitting on the couch, ���ܕ�%8F you now have a lap puppy. I'm a social butterfly ��|� who thinks every person is my best friend, and I fully believe whatever you're doing would be even more fun if I was involved. Let's be for real it is ���%8F My foster mom says I'm basically a wiggle worm ��%90� with legs. Staying still for pictures is almost impossible because life is just so exciting! There are people to love, toys to investigate, ���'� and cuddles that absolutely cannot wait. I'm still a puppy, which means I'm a work in progress. Sometimes I remember to go potty outside, sometimes my brain gets a little distracted. ���� I know how to sit, but I'll admit I occasionally pretend I've forgotten. The one time I never 'forget' is at mealtime. I know I have to sit before my bowl goes down, and suddenly my listening skills become excellent. ��%90��%8F I'm incredibly sweet, I love to snuggle, and I wake up every day believing it's going to be the best day ever.
