Todd is our 'forever kitten' although he's gotten a bit bigger in size, he must have been the runt of his litter because he continues to hold the title of smallest kitty in the kingdom! We've watched 2 litters of kittens outgrow this guy but that doesn't take away from his huge loveable Purrsonality! He loves snuggles and hugging your shoulder! Adoption fee dropped down to $10 and no longer requiring waiver due to foster home shutting down due to the owner no linger having the time or finances to maintain the shelter.
