About Betsy

BETSY is the absolute sweetest girl who is a little Hound mix and may have a little Beagle mixed in too. She's just 37 pounds so she's the perfect medium size and so cute! She was adopted by Long Road Home when she was just a puppy 6 years ago but her owner's living circumstances have changed and they've reached out to us to ask for help in finding her a new forever home. Of course, we said 'yes' and are committed to finding her a great new family. Betsy is a loving and mellow girl who loves to go for walks and smell all the good stuff along the way. She loves everyone she meets and grew up with children and other dogs so she's easy to live with. Betsy isn't your typical Hound because she's on the quiet side and living in an apartment in Long Beach now- she'll only bark if someone comes to the door. Other than that, you'll find her lounging and hanging out and relaxing. Fun fact about Betsy is she spent lots of time on boats when she was younger so has an adventure spirit too. Betsy is healthy, up to date on her vaccinations and totally house-trained. She's such a good girl and deserves a loving family who will take care of her forever.
