About STELLA

Hi, I'm Stella. I was found as a stray, and despite everyone hoping someone would come looking for me... no one ever did. That's okay. I'm ready to stop looking behind me and start looking toward my future. The volunteers think I'm a Husky mix, though I'm on the petite side. They guess I'm around 5 years old, but don't let that number fool you-I still have plenty of energy and love getting out to explore! When I first arrived, I was a little unsure of everything. But as the days have gone by, I've really come out of my shell. The volunteers have watched me blossom into the sweet, happy girl I truly am. One of my favorite things? People. I love spending time with my human friends, soaking up attention, and making new buddies. I also seem to enjoy the company of other dogs, and I've been making friends here at the shelter. The shelter believes I'm not yet spayed, but that can easily be taken care of. What matters most is finding a family who will never let me wonder where I belong again. Maybe you've been thinking about adopting a dog who's past the puppy stage but still has lots of adventure left in her. Maybe you've been looking for a loyal companion who will appreciate every walk, every belly rub, and every day spent together. If so... I think we should meet.
