About Valkyrie

Valkyrie is a uniquely spunky, adorable, and fun 7.5 pound 7 year old Chihuahua. She loves to lie near her people, explore the l to play with squeaky toys. She is fostered in Cascadia, OR. We are about an hour from Eugene, Sisters, Salem, Corvallis. About 2 from Portland and Newport. We will meet part way if you are coming from over an hour. Valkyrie is house trained, lived in one home her since puppyhood and has acclimated well in her foster homes. She seeks a forever home with gentle people. She will be happy as a home body or out and about girl. She rides well in the car, is equal parts snooze and cruise. Valkyrie has lived with children and teens. Due to her tiny size, she will be the best fit for slightly older kids, 8 and up, This cute lady is spayed, de-wormed, vaccinated, and micro-chipped. Her adoption fee is $350. A great home for V and her must haves include: 1. An owned or stable renter home and a securely fenced yard. We will consider an apartment for folks who will take her out on activities and for fun. She has lived in apartments her whole life until rescue, and we know that in a densely populated neighborhood she was a bit barky, unless entertained with a toy or humans. 2. Folks not gone long hours who treat their pup as a family member and will take her on regular walks. 3. People who will not crate her and ideally will let her sleep in bed. 4.
