
Update: A kind Samaritan has step forward to Foster Oreo, which saves him from being Euthanized on 9/2!!! He still needs a forever home though! He scheduled to die on 9/2 now due to : Oreo's condition had progressed to High FAS. He remained hidden underneath his bed and would not voluntarily approach staff. When the bed was removed, he immediately retreated to the rear of the kennel, where he stood visibly trembling and shaking. He refused to re-engage while staff were present and only returned to hiding under his bed after the area was clear, demonstrating significant kennel-induced stress and reliance on avoidance behaviors as a coping mechanism.
