Meet Rufus! Rufus is the kind of little country boy who believes every day should include three important things: something to explore, someone to play with and a cozy place to crash when the adventure is over. Whether he's investigating what's happening around him or joining in on the puppy fun, Rufus is busy learning just how exciting life can be. With an estimated DOB of 5/30/2026, Rufus is a possible Lab/Hound mix. While breed is always an educated guess, that's a pretty great combination! Labs are often known for their friendly, affectionate, eager-to-please nature, while hounds tend to bring curiosity, loyalty, playfulness, and plenty of personality. Put those traits together and Rufus has wonderful potential to grow into a fun-loving family companion. Rufus is dog, cat and child friendly. He's still just a baby, so his personality will continue to develop as he grows and experiences more of the world. Right now, his job is simply being a puppy-playing, exploring, learning, and collecting as much love and attention as possible. He's also at the very beginning of learning his household manners. Rufus isn't potty or crate trained yet, but at his age, that's completely normal! Young puppies are little sponges, and with consistency, patience, positive reinforcement, and a good routine, we expect this smart boy to catch on quickly.
