About Lady dies on 8/12!!

URGENT!!! Lady has been given a euthanasia date. Needs rescue/adoption by WED 8/12 for medical reasons!!! Video: https://fb.watch/ITMJfuW8ES/?mibextid=wwXIfr&fs=e Life has been rough on poor Lady. We're hoping she can find the right person to turn things around for her. After LAPD towed an RV with expired tags they found Lady was hiding inside! Officers noticed she was limping on her right front leg. Lady has only partial weight bearing on her right forelimb which is an old injury, per x-rays. She also has several large scars on her chest and abdomen. Because of her medical, Lady's interaction with volunteers was initially limited to inside of a glass meeting rooms. Lady is an alert girl and has shown to have barrier reactivity. Volunteers are able to redirect her attention to treats or a puzzle. When relaxed, she'll lie on a blanket nearby and just sleep. Lady seems to manage getting around ok and when she does get to go to the yard she meanders around in the grass and usually eventually lies down by her volunteer friends. She also met a new female friend, Bailey! They dogs gave each other polite greetings. They laid down close to each other's side and even gave some sweet face to face interactions We don't know what her past was like but Lady's body tells us that she has been through a lot. This little gal truly needs a quiet place to just decompress. Her ideal person will be able to work with her on reactivity and able to support any signs of trauma that she might display.
