Popeye is an adorable Terrier mix born around 4/20/2026 and currently weighing about 10 lbs. This little guy was found as a stray and is now ready to leave his past behind and find a loving home. He will be making his way to the Chicago area soon and is looking for an adopter, foster-to-adopt or foster home.
