About Zreck-pronounced Zerk

Needing to rehome my 6 year old male Sphynx who is neutered. I am a renter and due to some urinating problems on my carpet, I have to rehome him. I do not think it is a permanent issue but it does not help that he keeps smelling his pee spot and continues to go there. He has several things that come with him, including two self cleaning litter boxes that I paid $600 each for. One is still new, unopened in the box. He does not get along with other animals so I am looking for someone who does not have animals, is experienced with the breed and can provide him a loving home. He is super loving, the best cuddle buddy and my heart absolutely breaks about this. If I could afford to change my carpet to vinyl planking or something, I would.
