About Peaches

Please prepare to provide the following information to the staff about you, your family, the city in which you live, other pets, your fenced yard, and whatever else will help identify your family as a good match. You are encouraged to call the shelter for updated information and availability, and to answer your specific questions. Peaches is a 2 year old girl who weighs about 30 lbs. This little lady is looking for someone who can show her that the world isn't such a scary place. She's willing to experience new environments with a patient, gentle guiding hand. She's lived with many other dogs and has met new ones here. She has done well, but would appreciate non-pushy dogs in her space. She loves to climb up into her favorite peoples laps and be pet, or look up at her handler for reassurance. She's still learning how to walk on leash, but she gets better each day with consistency. If you're looking for a medium-sized, loving and gentle dog, Peaches is the one for you. ***Available to go home 8/7/2026 after her spay appointment*** She will be fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives.
