BETTY DIES SATURDAY 8/8��s��٠� The alerts are never ending this week ���� 2 yr old Betty is another sweet pup slated to lose her life in just a few days. This pretty girl arrived to the shelter in March. She had a 1 month break from shelter life from May to June while she was out on foster though! While at South, Betty has been lovely with volunteers, happily accepting pets when offered. She has also done well being bathed by the groomer! Her most favorite thing to do when out though, is play! She has so much fun when tossed a toy and we get so much joy from watching her! Betty has been in playgroup over 60 times since first arriving at South. She was consistently described as social in that setting for much of her stay. More recently though, Betty has been more selective and argumentative with other pups and playgroup staff have been muzzling her. They have, however, unmuzzle her occasionally after she's had time to settle in the yard, and she's done fine. Sadly, Betty is now ��s�ALERTED & DEADLINED��s� due to her playgroup notes. She needs an exit plan by SATURDAY 8/8 @ 8AM. She is available for foster, adoption, or rescue. Please consider helping our friend before it's too late. She's waiting at South LA Shelter.
