He is microchipped and neutered. Louis has been diagnosed with cataracts and he also has a partially detached retina in his left eye. He has been seen by a veterinary ophthalmologist. Louis is otherwise healthy. Louis has his teeth brushed every day. He takes supplements for his eyes. Dog Info: Louis is an indoor dog with run of the house. He is both housebroken and leash trained. He knows the commands 'sit, lie down, spin, fetch, bang and paw'. He has had formal puppy training. Louis is an outgoing boy who is good with all people and animals. He is not possessive with treats, toys or food and has never shown any sort of aggression to any person or animal. Since starting to lose his sight, Louis has become more sensitive to loud noises. Owner believes that he may still have some vision and he navigates life remarkably well. Owner calls him the perfect dog. Louis is not a low-maintenance dog.
