Roosevelt Is in Wisconsin and Looking for His Forever Home! Meet Roosevelt Roosevelt made it safely to Wisconsin and is settling nicely into his foster home. After everything this sweet boy has been through, he is finally getting the chance to experience the love, care, and security he deserves. Roosevelt is an 8-month-old Terrier mix (breed is our best guess!) who was rescued from the same neglect case as Jefferson after being seized from a property where multiple dogs were living in poor conditions. Thankfully, Roosevelt is now safe and getting the care he needs. At just 27 pounds, Roosevelt arrived on the thin side and is working on gaining weight with regular meals and plenty of TLC. Despite his difficult start, he is ready to move forward and discover what life is like with a soft bed, a full belly, and a family who will love him unconditionally. Roosevelt has already overcome so much. Now that he is in Wisconsin, he just needs one more important thing: a forever family of his own.
