About Sparky

Meet Sparky! Sparky was born on April 13 making him around 4 months old as of August 5th. He currently weighs around 12 pounds. Sparky and his brother Chief found themselves at a very overcrowded shelter. They were spotted by one of our volunteers and we moved heaven and earth to get them into a foster home where they are both thriving! From Sparky's foster mom: Both boys - they absolutely love to cuddle and play , but at bed time they go into their kennel and put themself to bed . They are working and doing great on potty training . They get along great with big dogs and small dogs and kids . Chief is a bit more laid back than Sparky but that's because Sparky says he is smaller and he can't let Chief show him out during Puppy MMA practice . Chief has the cutest little hop when he is excited. Sparky on the other hand when he gets excited he trips over his own paws! They love a soft blanket to just curl up on . Even when it is hot they love to curl up on a blanket and lay in the sun . They love water!!! I have a kiddie pool and they will run and play in it and roll around in the water. Also if it is raining out - not storming - they will go and play in the rain!!! They love being outside. Sparky is up to date on age appropriate shots, neutered, microchipped and ready to find his family!!!! Sparky is in TN but will be transported to New England for adoption. The adoption fee is $550 and that includes a health certificate and transport to New England.
