About Daisy

Meet Daisy! Daisy is a 5-ish year old small (14 lb) dachshund who has been through a lot in her short life. From being used by a breeder who cut her vocal cords to being adopted by a man who unfortunately passed away- she is SO ready for stability with her forever family! Daisy is an absolute sweetie. She gets attached to her person quickly and is most comfortable when she is near them. She's timid at first but once she figures out the lay of the land, she is Princess Daisy and SO chill. She adjusted in no time to her foster home and is on a good schedule as far as eating and taking care of business outside. Speaking of eating- Daisy LOVES mealtime; put that food bowl down and she is all over it! She is also a lover of naps- this girl believes in beauty rest! There are rambunctious dachshunds and there are chill dachshunds�'�|if there was a picture of a chill dachshund, Daisy's mug would be it (again- think nap time!). She's a snuggle bug and literally melts into her person when they pick her up. Oh and did someone say belly rubs? Sign Miss Daisy up!! Daisy does well in a crate for short periods. She actually goes into her crate just to nap sometimes. Daisy cannot see out of her left eye but that does not hamper her in any way. If a sweet, chill little girl sounds like your ideal fur baby- Miss Daisy might just be the one for you! Adoption fee $500.
