Frankie Needs a Foster or Adopter by August 15 to Secure His Ride to Wisconsin Frankie is currently in a high-intake kill shelter in Georgia and needs a foster or adopter to secure his spot on our transport to Cedarburg, Wisconsin on Saturday, August 15. A committed home is required for him to make the trip, and we're hoping someone will give this adorable little guy the chance he deserves. Meet Frankie Frankie is a 9-week-old Shepherd mix (breed is our best guess!) who was found as a stray. With his fluffy coat and sweet face, he's impossible not to fall in love with. Frankie is a happy, friendly puppy who loves people and is always ready for his next adventure. Whether he's exploring, playing with toys, or chasing after his sister, he brings joy wherever he goes. He's the perfect mix of playful and affectionate and is looking for a family to grow up with. As a young puppy, Frankie still needs to learn potty training, crate training, and leash manners.
