About Zoey

Zoey is a 6-year-old spayed dog looking for an experienced home that will appreciate her loyal, protective nature. She loves her daily 30-minute walks, relaxing on the couch or outside, rides in the truck, squeaky toys, tug-of-war, and chasing a Frisbee. She is highly intelligent, food-motivated, and has completed basic and intermediate obedience training, plus agility. She knows commands including heel, wait, touch, place, and has excellent recall in safe off-leash areas. Zoey is healthy, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention, house-trained, and not destructive when left alone. She has never bitten anyone but is reactive to other dogs, especially around her home, and is protective of her family. She needs a home without cats or young children and may do well with a compatible dog after careful introductions. Zoey thrives with structure, daily exercise, and continued training.
