So I am posting this because she was found today from myself and with inquiring with surrounding neighbors, people were saying that they believe she had been dumped on the block about two weeks ago and nobody has been able to physically catch her since she is skittish with people and very fearful. But in speaking with multiple neighbors where I found her they have been keeping her alive by leaving food and water out, but she has just been free roaming up until today when I was able to get her to follow me to my home so she is safely secured at the moment. But I do seem to notice that she may have some hip/joint issues in her back legs as she does not walk properly or seem to be able to run. She seems to be very young, for sure under a year. But my biggest concern with her is her health. I cannot keep her she is not mine I just want her to get the help she deserves as a young Mali. I also have video proof of me speaking with the neighbors asking around as proof that she is not mine, and proof that she is nervous even with myself. She is very fearful of anything leash looking so she followed my dogs and I back to my home during our morning walk. I do not want to take her to a shelter where she will be possibly euthanized due to her fearfulness of people :( she deserves a chance at life��%BD'��%BD|. Please please if you can help her reach out to me ASAP I cannot keep her I already have three dogs myself.
