Teddy came to the shelter from a hoarding situation when his owners were evicted. He was adopted briefly but was returned for being too protective of his adoptive mom. He so deserves a home with a patient loving owner and a truly safe space to be a dog. He is partially housebroken but definitely smart enough to learn a new routine, has been neutered, microchipped, and has up to date vaccinations.
