Hello everyone, We have come to the incredibly difficult decision that rehoming our dog, Kobe, is what is safest for Grace and future children. Unfortunately, Kobe is not a candidate for pit bull-specific rescues or rehoming through the Humane Society, so we are reaching out in desperation in the hope that you or someone you may know might consider taking him in. The ideal owner for Kobe is someone who is comfortable and confident with pit bulls, has no children or plans to have children, and has no other pets in the home. Kobe does prefer women but is good with most men. Kristin and I are willing to pay for his vet bills, medication, and food for the rest of his life. He is 5%BD years old, weighs about 70 pounds and he's overall in good health. He is medicated for anxiety and skin conditions. If you know anyone who might be a good fit, please let us know and we can tell you everything there is to know about Kobe and see if he would be a good fit for your lifestyle. If you could share this post and help spread the word, it would be very appreciated. Please know we did not come to this decision lightly and we did everything in our power to make this work. This is the only decision that guarantees the safety of our children.
