About Ember

After much thought, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to rehome our dog, Ember. Ember is an 8-year-old dog who has been a loyal and loving part of our family. She is very protective of my wife and me, and while that has always been one of her strongest traits, our circumstances have changed since welcoming our new baby. As new parents, our priority is ensuring a safe environment for both our child and our pets. Because of Ember's protective nature, we no longer feel confident that we can safely manage the situation. We understand that with professional training and dedicated time, this behavior could likely be improved. Unfortunately, we do not have the time or financial resources to provide her with the training she deserves. This was not an easy decision, and it comes from wanting what is best for Ember as well as for our family. We are looking for a loving, experienced home where she can receive the attention, structure, and care she deserves. She has been a wonderful companion to us, and our hope is to find someone who will give her the happy life she deserves. Thank you for your understanding.
