About Bubba Joe

Good morning, We are looking to rehome our grandmother's full-blooded, eight-year old Maltese, Bubba Joe Midyett. Our grandmother recently passed, and we are hoping to find Bubba's new forever home. Bubba was born in June of 2018. He is neutered and current on his vaccinations. He recently was treated for elevated liver enzymes and placed on a prescription diet and insulin. I am enclosing a picture of the prescription food (however we have located less expensive food at Walmart that closely match the ingredients of the prescription dog food). Just this week, the veterinarian took him off insulin after Bubba underwent a day-long glucose curvature test. The vet requested that he repeat this test in two weeks to confirm these findings. He weighed 10 pounds at his last appointment. He has been seen regularly at Hicks Animal Hospital, and we have his full vaccination records. He has not lived with kids or other dogs, and would make the perfect companion in a quiet home of older adults. He is primarily house-broken but will have accidents if not let out at routine intervals. Pictures of Bubba Joe attached.
