But what makes her story even more incredible is that she wasn't just surviving, she was also looking out for Benson. How she kept him safe is something we'll never fully understand, but she did it! PEACHES is about 7 years old, weighs around 12 lbs, and is finally getting to enjoy the simple things she's gone without for so long�'�|regular meals, a warm bed, belly rubs and the comfort of knowing she's safe. As much as she cared for Benson, we believe they'll both do best in separate homes. Benson is a busy, playful puppy, while PEACHES is ready for a lower-key life. She's lived with other dogs and does just fine, but we think she'd absolutely love being the queen of her own home, where she can finally be the one getting all the love instead of taking care of everyone else. Despite everything she's been through, PEACHES loves people. Her tail is always wagging, she's incredibly sweet will make an amazing companion. She's affectionate, and not surprisingly very food motivated. This little girl has spent her life looking out for others. Now it's finally her turn to be loved, protected and spoiled!
