About Oshin

Hi! My name is Oshin, and I'm a 5-year-old Pekingese girl, about 12 lbs of pure love. I'm sweet, happy, and affectionate - I love sitting right next to my people soaking up pets, and I'll follow you from room to room (though I really pick up the pace when you head to the kitchen or bedroom). I make little cooing sounds when I want attention, and you'll find me curled up in sunbeams whenever I can find one. I'm excellent with other dogs, and I'm currently working on walking nicely alongside a doggy friend without tangling our leashes! I haven't spent time around cats or kids yet, but I'm known for staying calm and easily settling into new situations so I might do fine with older kids and dog-savvy cats. I do just fine when left alone, and I promise to greet you like you've been gone for years the moment you're home. I'm housebroken, crate trained, and great in the car. I take treats very gently, and my favorite treat of all is an ice cube - I'll happily carry mine off to my bed or crate to enjoy in peace (and yes, the crunching is the best sound). I'm not much of a toy girl, but cuddles more than make up for it. At night I love sleeping in bed with my people, though I'll settle into my crate too - just know I'll start stirring the second you're up!
