I survived the overcrowded city shelter and was saved just in time from euthanasia, so I've earned the right to be a little particular. My snacks? Mine. My favorite spot? Also mine. My personal belongings? Please admire them from a respectful distance. Think of me as that lovable grumpy grandpa who yells, 'Get off my lawn!'�'�| then secretly slips you a cookie five minutes later. Now, I'll let you in on something important�'�|I can be a little scared at first, I can be protective of my food and belongings. Life hasn't always been kind to me, so I just need a little time to feel safe and learn that I don't have to worry anymore. I have made some mistskes in the past...but I have been working on them just need some help and someone to understand me. The good news? I really do have a lot of love to give. I enjoy people, seem to do well with other dogs, and make an excellent companion-as long as everyone understands that sharing isn't exactly my favorite hobby.
